The U type radiant tubes are made from spun cast tubes and the precision cast elbows, with or without flanges or steel case structure according to the request of the buyers. Is is also called radiant gas fired tubes, which has the similar application as W type radiant tubes, to heat the steel plate or strip which is passing through the continuous annealing or galvanizing lines , and the heat treatment of silicon steel . The steels will be heated from normal temperature immediately to around 950 degrees with a forecasted curve.
